Security storage whitelist
The models in the list are the ones we’ve used in our internal testing. Please note that variations in production batches could lead to differences in performance. So we can’t guarantee 100% compatibility even if they are the same model.
Requirements for HDD:
- The disks should be the ones used for videosurveillance, not for computer use. Please don’t install a desktop hard drive into a NVR.
- SATA2 (3GB/s) or SATA3 (6GB/s)is recommended.
- We recommend 7200 RPM.
- Size is 3.5”
- The capacity should be less than or equal to the recorder‘s maximum supported capacity.
Requirements for SD-card:
- Capacity: less than or equal to the camera‘s maximum supported capacity
- R/W speed: Class 10 or higher ≥ 26Mbps
- Format: FAT 32
- Our cameras support the TF type SDHC, and SDXC micro SD card.
- For SDHC type SD card, it only goes up to 32GB.
- It is recommended to format the SD card via the App before recording.
